• Driver’s licence and badge
• Company reference to indicate the fleet you belong to (when applicable)

• Dispatch preferences and saved locations
• Pricing model (e.g., custom pricing), where applicable
• Preferences and settings related to the account, such as language preferences, communication preferences, notification settings, and privacy settings.

• Vehicle type, model, year and colour
• License plates
• Registration number
• Transport license for Drivers
• Transport license for cars
• Car insurance details and status and relevant insurance proof

Personal Data we collect when you use Roadrunnerz services
1. Transaction information. 
We collect transaction information related to the services provided via the Platform, including the orders for third-party products, services, and content available on the Platform. Such information may include 

• Saved payment methods
• The last 4 digits of a bank card
• The amount debited, 
• Payment transaction information
• The date and time of the order or provision of a third-party product, service or content, the route and distance
• The data contained in the receipt

2. Identification

• Your driver's license
• Other government-issued or national identity documents (such as passports, IDs or birth certificates), which may include identification numbers and date of birth, gender and photo
• Photographs / pictures (such as a selfie)

3. Demographic Data 

• Age group
• Date of birth
• Gender

• We collect personal data when you use certain features such as
• provide recordings such as audio and video recordings generated during a trip. This is in such instances where the service includes our safety toolkit with audio and video recording.
• Feedback and rating you provide to a Passenger or Driver at the end of each trip

5. Account Data

We generate and collect information used to identify your specific Roadrunnerz account, including:

• Date of creation 
• Current account status 
• Records of account changes

We collect data about your precise and/or approximate geolocation (including GPS and IP address) depending on your app settings and device permissions

• Date, time and day of week
• Geolocation data, including pick up and drop off locations and driving routes
• Actual and estimated distance and duration
• Actual and estimated arrival time, pick up distance and duration
• Payment history, including estimated and actual order price and currency 
• Order status, including the status of trips as rejected or cancelled
• Trip category 
• Order number

• Dates and times of log-in and log-off the Roadrunnerz App
• Periods online on app or platform 
• Online time, waiting time, utilisation and orders per hour

9. Billing and Earnings Data

• We collect information on applicable pricing structures that you have selected within the Roadrunnerz App (where applicable).

• We collect communication and correspondence data when you engage with our Customer Support

Sharing of Information
With other users. 
We share certain information about users with other users to enable the scheduling and provision of services:

1. End user information shared with Driver

• Name
• Profile picture (if uploaded), 
• Rating
• Number of reviews and orders made
• Information about the order, including origin and destination points, offered fare
• Comments and contact information. 

2. Driver information shared with the End Users

• Full name and profile picture
• Information about the vehicle (make, model, number, colour) and its photo, location before and during the trip
• ratings and reviews
• Number of reviews and orders made
• Contact information. 
• When required to provide End users with receipts and invoices
• Where required information about the trip origin and destination points, trip duration and trip distance detailing total fare and other information required by law.
• If you register via a referral link, we may share certain information about you, such as your name and number of orders made, with the user who referred you. This is to enable the referring user to check whether they are eligible for the referral points.
• When we receive a complaint about a user or drivers, Roadrunnerz support may provide some information to help resolve the issue. Such information may include details about the vehicle, the order, and contact information.

3. With our vendors and partners, 3rd parties providing products, services, and content 
We may share your personal information for business purposes with our vendors of the following services:

• payment processing and transaction fulfilment.
• user and technical support.
•  background checks, identity verification.
• insurance.
• cloud storage.
• content delivery, in-app messaging, in-app calling, push notifications.
• anti-fraud.
• providers of benefits and options related to our Incentive Events, including auto parks and vehicles providers.
• consultants, lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other professional services.
• airports.

The following partners process data for their own purposes as independent controllers and we do not control such processing:

•  platforms for authorization, for example, see the Privacy Policy of Google, WhatsApp, Facebook;
• Google, in connection with the use of Google Maps and Ads (see Google’s privacy policy);
• social media companies (including Meta), in connection with our use of their tools (see Meta’s privacy policies).

3. Within the corporate group. 

• We may share your information with a parent, subsidiary, or an affiliate of our corporate group as part of our global operations. 

4. In connection with a business transfer. 

• We may transfer personal information in connection with a substantial corporate transaction in which personal information is among the assets to be transferred. 

5. For legal reasons. 

• We may disclose your personal information when an Roadrunnerz group entity is required to do so to protect rights and comply with legal obligations, e.g. in response to lawful requests from courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies. 

6. With your consent. 

• We may share your personal information for other purposes pursuant to your consent or at your direction.

7. When it is depersonalized. 

• We may share aggregated or otherwise anonymised information which is no longer personally identifying.

8. With your emergency contacts. 

• We may share information about the orders and incidents involving users with their emergency contacts, if they have been previously provided by the user on the Platform.

9. Share your ride feature. 

• For safety reasons, we provide passengers with the option to share information about their current trip, including the driver's name, rating, and vehicle information, real-time geolocation, departure and destination points, order status. Passengers independently grant access to selected contacts, for example via SMS or WhatsApp.

Data Security
The security of your personal data is very important to us.

We have put in place technical and company controls to ensure we   protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, damage or destruction of such data. 

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with data privacy and security training, information security policies and controls around the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our data/systems. 

Only authorized employees of ​Roadrunnerz ​have access to personal data and they may access the data only for the purpose of resolving issues associated with the use of the services 

It is however your responsibility to ensure use of secure passwords to access parts of our sites or apps. You should keep this password confidential.

 Data Retention

• We retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights under data protection laws, including:

• Objecting to or restricting our processing of your data

You can update your personal details or delete your account by logging into your app settings or contacting us directly.

Child Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.


International Data Transfers
To support our global operations, we may share your information with members of Roadrunnerz corporate group and other entities outside of your country of residence. We do so for the performance of our contract with you, or based on consent, adequacy decisions for relevant countries, or other transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards under applicable law
We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient deals with your personal information in a manner consistent with how we deal with it.
